Dickie Burman

Dickie has worked full time in Real Estate since the beginning of 1986 and is an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Before moving to Tauranga Dickie owned and managed two real estate companies on the Coromandel Peninsula.

Moving to Tauranga in February 2001 for a lifestyle change, Dickie commenced working for Bayleys specialising in the sale of economic farming units, waterfront and large lifestyle properties. Dickie achieved many outstanding results for farmer clients and has been recognized locally and nationally for his achievements. Two in particular was being involved in the sale of Alcuin Station and along with his colleague Simon Anderson, awarded the prestigious Country Marketing award for the sale of a large horticulture property in 2005.

In 2006 Dickie was appointed Branch Manager of Bayleys Tauranga where he manages the day to day operations of the branch and also directly manages the dynamic residential and commercial sales teams. Dickie is also the Agent Licensee for the Success Realty Limited which has offices in Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Rotorua, Hamilton, Cambridge, Matamata and New Plymouth.

Dickie has a partner and four children. His hobbies include skiing, scuba diving and sailing as well as following and supporting his families interests and activities. He is a past president of Tauranga Toastmasters, is currently on the Board of Trustees for Tauranga Intermediate School and chairman of the Ngamuwahine Trust, Tauranga Intermediate Schools Outdoor Education facility.
