This has included divestment of property for the Tauranga City Council, Port of Tauranga, Fonterra Brands (New Zealand) Limited, BP Oil (NZ) Limited and Carter Holt Harvey Limited. Acknowledged as one of Bayleys leading business brokers Brendon has achieved out standing success in business sales including franchises for Robert Harris Coffee Roasters, Wendy’s Supa Sundaes, Guthrie Bowron, Furniture Court and Nebulite to name a few as well as many other independent businesses. He has a sound understanding of the tourism and hospitality market having sold numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, hotels, holiday parks and lodges. Prior to joining Bayleys Tauranga Commercial & Industrial Sales Team in 2004 he spent the previous 28 years self employed in the business sector having owned and managed a number of successful retail businesses that won numerous business excellence awards over that time. Success continues in real estate with Brendon being named Top Commerical and Industrial Salesperson for the 2008/09 year and has been ranked in the Top 10% of Bayleys Agents nationwide for the financial years ending 2009, 2010 and 2011 respectively. He has just completed his most successful year to date having been awarded "Bayleys Commercial Salesperson of the Year" by the Realty Services Group, being the Top Bayleys NZ Commercial agent for the most deals settled and Third overall for Bayleys NZ for all deals settled year ending 31st March 2011.
