With Real Estate in the family genes, it’s no wonder Grant Bayley has enjoyed growing success and confidence as he enters his 8th year in the Real Estate industry with the ward winning Bayleys Taupo team. A self confessed vendor’s agent, Grant’s key focus is to understand and build relationships with his clients, and then develop new and inventive marketing strategies to create success. Grant is particularly adept at playing to bigger than budgets would seem to allow, and negotiating relevant added value opportunities by keeping abreast of the many marketing portfolios launched by the Bayleys Brand regularly.


Grant is always looking for a new challenge and ways to improve. His focus turned to Auctioneering two years ago and after a demanding series of training courses with some

of the best Auctioneers in Australasia, Grant is now the lead Auctioneer for the Bayleys Taupo and Turangi offi ces and is often called on for charity events and other regional office auctions.
